Swirlume is a brand of Harborlume LLC.
This Privacy Policy describes how Harborlume LLC ("Harborlume," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the Swirlume brand, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information submitted through this pre-launch waitlist page.
We collect only your email address when you voluntarily submit it. We do not collect names, payment information, or precise location. We record your approximate geographic region (country-level) and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address solely for fraud prevention and statistical purposes. The original IP address is never stored.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, we process your email address on the basis of your explicit, freely given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time without penalty.
Your email is used exclusively to notify you about the Swirlume product launch and early access opportunities. We do not use your email for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose beyond the above.
Your email is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. Encryption keys are stored separately and accessible only to authorized personnel. Our infrastructure operates on Cloudflare's globally distributed, SOC 2–certified platform. All access to raw data is restricted and audit-logged.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be disclosed if required by law, and we will notify you if legally permitted to do so.
We retain your email for a maximum of 24 months from submission, or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier.
You have the right to: access the data we hold; correct inaccuracies; request deletion ("right to be forgotten"); withdraw consent; receive a portable copy of your data; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us at privacy@swirlume.com. Requests fulfilled within 30 days.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Contact: privacy@swirlume.com.
This pre-launch page does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. No cookies are placed without explicit consent. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
This service is not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email prior to taking effect.
